What do I need to get
started?
Traffic! Traffic!
Traffic! We provide you with all the tools to make money, however
marketing your store/site is up to you.
Do I need to design
my own logo?
When you sign up for
a store it uses a default “Adult Store” logo. We strongly recommend
that you utilize your own logo to maintain branding continuity from
other sites you may have. However, if you do not have a logo we may
provide one for you through our third party designers. There may be
a nominal charge to provide logo design service.
What commission rate
will I receive?
We pay 15% to 50%
on the gross sales placed through your store. Commission rates are
directly related to your consumer product pricing. For example, a
store at 30% commission will have higher selling prices than a store
set at 20% commission. Depending on your audience/traffic you will
need to determine how price sensitive your target audience/customer
base is.
How do I keep track
of my sales?
Once you are signed
up with us you will be provided with a secure user ID and password.
This ID and password enables you to log into the backend of our
system to keep track of all sales placed through your store. You
will also be able to view affiliates that sign up under you.
Can I have more than
one website?
Yes. You can have
multiple websites under the same account.
What if I currently
sell Videos and DVDs, can I offer novelties only?
Yes. You can select which modules you do or do not want to sell in
your store. Depending on your marketing mix, you may determine that
standalone modules are more effective for your target audience.
Do you ship
internationally?
Yes. We ship all
over the world., however there are some countries that we are
restricted from shipping to. Also, due to local legislation we are
restricted from shipping to some states and zip codes within the US.
To ensure rapid delivery of products DVD Rentals program is limited
to US customers only.
How Much Money Can I Make with your
partnership?
As much as you would like! Simply setup your store and send
your traffic to your sites' store. It's that easy!!
How Do I Get
Paid?
You will be paid in the form of a cheque. Wire payments are
available by special request. If you are interested in wire
payment please contact one of the members of our support
team.
When Do I Get
Paid?
We will send you a check on the 15th of every month for all
of your sales from the prior month. There are some
exceptions for US observed holidays.
How Do I Know
How Much I've Earned?
You have access to all of your stats all the time. We have
summary and detailed statistics of your traffic and sales
which can be broken down by period and day. You can easily
determine how much money you have earned in any given
period!
Are statistics in
real-time?
Yes they are. We track traffic and statistics in real time
and make this information available to all of our webmasters with
our detailed daily statistics. This tool will show you everything
that has happened hour by hour for any given day!
Do you provide
banners?
Of Course!! We have a wide selection of banners in standard
sizes. To see our banners simply click on the banners link
on the left hand side of your screen. If you would like us
to create a customized banner for you, please let us know.
What is the minimum age to become an affiliate?
You must be at least 18 years old.
Do I need to have my own website?
Yes. The HTML code that we provides will pull a banner and link from
our server and display it on 'your web page' or you can generate
HTML code for links directly to products, stars or manufacturers so
you can create your own unique web pages and advertisements.
Can I have more than one account?
Yes. You can have as many accounts as you like. The only requirement
is that you must use a unique email address for each. We will even
attempt to combine all your checks into one payment provided that
all the accounts are made payable to the same name.
How often do you pay?
Monthly. Commissions are calculated from the first day of the month
to the last day of the month. Your commissions must be a minimum of
$20.00 for a check to be processed.
Do you send mail to my customers?
Yes. With opt-in newletters and contests, we encourage your
customers to sign-up for notices of special sales and discounts.
Your store name and a link to your store site is included with the
newsletter to your customers. When your customers return to
purchase, you're credited with the re-orders.
What does it cost?
There is no fee to become our affiliate.
Do I need to have my own merchant account?
No. All Affiliate Stores already have a shopping cart, checkout
process, and a merchant account. The customers credit card will be
billed.
What are chargebacks?
Chargebacks occur for a variety of reasons. Sometimes we have to
refund a customers purchase for reasons beyond our control. Examples
of reasons for chargebacks include credit card fraud, purchase
disputes, duplicate orders or refunds for orders taken from
customers who reside in states or countries we cannot ship to. Any
necessary refunds for purchases made through your Affiliate Program
ID are applied to your account the day the refund occurs.
Can customers call and place an order over the phone?
Sure they can. Customers can fax their orders to us using our PRINT
AND FAX order form. Additionally, they can PRINT AND MAIL their
order to us with their credit card information. We also accept
checks and money orders made payable to ONLINE SALES. Orders from
first time buyers paying by check will not be shipped until the
check clears, usually 15 business days. Your ID is assigned to each
order that comes through your PEcash Affiliate Site, after we have
received payment, we validate the order and you are credited with
the order.
